Do you provide digital images or physical prints?
Images are delivered digitally through a secure online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos. I currently do not offer prints and other physical products.

Do you give out raw images?
If you’d like to receive all the images from your session, that can definitely be added to your package as an optional upgrade/add on. You can choose this add-on when you receive your proposal, or decide later after viewing your online gallery, up to you!

How long does it take to receive my images?
For photoshoots, you can expect a 2-3 week turnaround for final images. Event photography galleries are usually delivered within 3-5 business days following the event.

How do we book you?
A 40% deposit is required to confirm your date and session time reservation and the remainder is to be paid before the end of the business day after your session (deposit is non-refundable).

What if we need to cancel/reschedule our date?
Every situation is different and we work with our clients to find options. Rescheduling session can be accommodated within a week or not less than 3 days before session day.
